6wk Pre-Season Football Program
The 6wk Pre-Season Football program is designed for the following person;
Plays a field sport (soccer/football, AFL, rugby, touch rugby, ultimate Frisbee etc)
Plays at an amateur level
Possess a basic fitness level
Have limited time in the week to commit to training
Interested in covering all the bases (speed, strength, endurance)
Getting ready for next season!
If you match these simple criteria then this program is for you!
Monday - Speed
Wednesday - Strength
Friday - Endurance
2x 3 week cycle that build across the total 6 weeks
Program includes a "testing" week to get you started. Just a few basic sessions before you get to the real program that sets some benchmarks that we will use to set load in the body of the program.
