6wk Preseason Program for Amateur Football

Target Athlete: Basic level of running fitness & strength training experience. Will suit the athlete that doesn't have a lot of time each week...3x 1hr sessions per week.

Structure:

 Day Focus
 Monday  Speed
 Wednesday  Strength - Whole Body
 Friday  Endurance / Speed Endurance

 Sequence: 2x 3 week cycles
